Project must be advised by an Agriculture Extension Agent and an NRCS Area Conservationist; a farmer volunteer (preferably a county Farm Bureau board member) must serve as a project advisor. Teacher and parent involvement required. Applicants must have attended or agree to attend an Agriculture in the Classroom University Workshop (or send another teacher). Projects must include production agriculture crops or production livestock; funds may not be used for flower/butterfly/nature trails.
