Partner with Kindora

Ways to bring Kindora to the organizations you work with. Two you can start today on your own. The rest need a short agreement, and one email from you is enough to get it.

Build on Kindora

For software platforms and AI agents that serve nonprofits.

  • Show Kindora's funder and grant search in your own product. Your users don't need Kindora accounts.
  • Or connect each organization's own Kindora account to your app, so it can see its own results and pipeline. Personalized funder matches need that organization to be on a paid plan.
  • Buy online: accept the terms, pay, and create your service key. You build the connection. There's no custom work, data sync or data feed.
  • Your users can move to a full Kindora account through your link when they want to go deeper.

Cost

From $12,000 / year

Prepaid. One year includes 60,000 lookups, or start with a 90-day pilot: $3,000 with 30,000 lookups. Overage is $30 per 1,000 lookups, fixed for the term. Neither renews automatically.

Refer organizations

For consultants, networks and anyone with a Kindora account.

  • Organizations that sign up with your code start with 250 bonus credits.
  • You earn 500 credits when one becomes a paying customer.
  • Your code appears once your organization has spent its first AI credit, for example on a funder evaluation. Your organization's account owner creates it. If your organization joined through someone else's code, yours appears once your organization becomes a paying customer.

Buy Kindora for organizations you support

For funders, networks and intermediaries.

  • Buy seats for your grantees or members, and pay online.
  • Each organization gets its own Kindora account. For organizations that opt in, you see who is using it. You never see their work.

Options with a short agreement

These need a written agreement before they go live. Send one email with the details listed under each option, and we'll reply with the agreement and next steps. We handle everything by email.

Cash referrals on larger contracts

For people who introduce an organization to a Kindora contract with $5,000 or more in first-year fees.

  • 10% of the net first-year revenue Kindora collects for an introduction, or 15% if you also support the deal through to signature.
  • You register the opportunity before making the introduction, and we accept or decline within ten business days.
  • Self-serve plans earn credits through your referral code, not cash. If the organization pays you for advice, the fee goes to it as credits. If you work there or sit on its board, no fee is paid.

Include in your email

The email address of your Kindora account (sign up free first), your legal name, who signs the agreement, and the kind of organizations you would introduce.

Supply data to the exchange (pilot)

For organizations that hold data nonprofits need.

  • Nonprofits buy your records one at a time with credits they have paid for.
  • You're paid for eligible delivered records after a monthly itemised statement.
  • We're adding a small number of sources one at a time, each with agreed fields, permissions and price.

Cost

No fee. You receive the published partner share.

Include in your email

What your data covers, the fields in a record, the rights you hold to share it, and who signs the agreement.

Rules for every partner

  • Wherever Kindora results appear in your product, credit them: "Data from Kindora (kindora.co)", with a working link. Licensed integrations set their credit in the agreement.
  • Keep each organization's results with that organization. Don't pool them across organizations, republish them, or use them to train a model.
  • We never pay a fee based on the grants an organization wins. Referral fees are paid on what an organization pays Kindora.
