The Foundation does not fund direct mail solicitations or annual campaigns, out-of-state institutions, political organizations, individuals, permanent program financing, profit-making programs, or grants triggering expenditure responsibility. Organizations may apply once per calendar year or 12-month period and may not reapply while a current grant has active funds unless an exception is granted. Grants to churches and other religious institutions must support specific projects benefiting the general public in Carter County.
