Organizations are limited to one application within a 12‑month period. Additional re-application restrictions apply for multi-year or consecutive-year grantees.

Who can apply: Requests must align with the Club's mission of encouraging conservation of wildlife, sportsmanship, safety in hunting/fishing, and youth appreciation of wildlife and the outdoors. The Club strongly encourages local greater Fort Worth youth beneficiaries, though exceptions may be made. Requests must be submitted by the requesting entity using the Donation/Grant Request Form; grantees are expected to provide photos and a follow-up letter about impact.
