Projects should fit one or more eligible categories. Applicants must use official Iowa Lakes Electric Members-Charitable Foundation application forms. Organizations generally should have IRS 501(c)(3) status. Contributions are generally not made to lobbying, political, religious, controversial, fraternal, labor, fundraising dinners/raffles/events, individuals, capital campaigns, national fund drives, advertising, or ongoing operational expenses.
