Physician sites must be underserved Tennessee facilities; dental sites must be FQHCs, charitable, faith-based, or other qualifying clinics. Funds support recruitment/retention of primary care physicians, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and dentists.

Who can apply: Items are provided free of charge to qualified organizations for sharing with or distribution to residents of Arkansas. Delta Dental does not provide toothbrushes to dental offices or businesses. Organizations may request items once per year.
