2027 Opioid Restitution Fund Microgrant Program

Who can apply: Applicants must be in good standing with Maryland; established before October 2025; have an operating location in Baltimore City and proven experience directly serving Baltimore City residents and populations impacted by the opioid overdose crisis; have provided services in Baltimore City for at least one year; and have an EIN. Priority is given to applicants serving Black male residents aged 55 or older, with operating budgets under $500,000, and serving listed impacted Baltimore neighborhoods.

Deadline: Applications open October 19, 2026 and close December 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
