Who can apply: Applicants must be located in Grayson County, Kentucky, or demonstrate that funds will benefit Grayson County residents. Applicants may generally request funding only once per calendar year; previously funded applicants must submit a final evaluation report. Restrictions apply to principally religious purposes, most pass-through grants, fundraising events, major medical research without qualifying collaboration, major arts organizations, political activities, international organizations, annual giving campaigns, and 509(a)(3) Type III supporting organizations.
Who can apply: Priority is given to requests that create pathways to opportunities, such as art education or employment, especially for people with limited access to artistic experiences; preference for projects serving under-resourced communities and/or people with disabilities and for requests that address multiple focus areas.

Established investigators with substantial funding on the proposed topic are unlikely to be competitive.

Who can apply: Applicants must be nonprofit organizations located in Centre County, Pennsylvania. Funded programs must relate to AAUW's mission of advancing equity for women and girls, and more than half of the program's clients must be women or girls. Grants support specific programs, not general organizational funding. Recipients must publicly acknowledge AAUW State College support and submit a program update six months after receiving funds and when applying again.

Organizations must demonstrate experience in, or willingness to begin, policy or systems-change work at the local, state, or national level; have a track record of applying a health or racial equity lens; and be committed to deepening expertise in the social determinants of oral health. Proposals should be led by, or strongly informed through trusted relationships with, communities historically affected by oral health inequities.
