Who can apply: Open to applicants from direct PHIG awardees at the state-, big city-, and county-level.
From National Fish and Wildlife Foundation
Who can apply: Federal, state, and local governments, educational institutions and nonprofit organizations are welcome to apply for matching grants from NFWF's conservation priority programs; program funding is competitive and focused on targeted southeastern watersheds.
From Rochester Institute of Technology
Who can apply: NIH research grant application eligibility (investigators at institutions eligible to apply to NIH). Applications may be investigator-initiated and address individual, caregiver/family, provider, healthcare system, and community levels. (Applicants should consult the NOSI and relevant NIH FOAs for full eligibility details.)
From Morgan Stanley Foundation
Who can apply: Registered 501(c)(3) US public charities with annual total revenue under $5 million. Nonprofits with revenue over $5M are not eligible. Next Gen track adds: founded and/or led by leader under 32 years old, with at least 2 years of operation. Projects must be new or piloted (not established programs).
Who can apply: Applicants pursuing mental health grants in pediatric rheumatology care. See the RFP/application for full requirements.
From Healthy Alliance Foundation
Who can apply: Must be a not-for-profit (501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4)) operating at the local level, providing HRSN services to Medicaid Members, and be contracted with Healthy Alliance. Per NYS guidelines, health systems, clinics, FQHCs, for-profit entities, and some other provider types are not eligible. Health Homes, Care Coordination, and Care Management Organizations may be eligible under certain criteria (contact Healthy Alliance).
