Transformation of Mental Health Care Program
Who can apply: Academic researchers at universities, research institutions, health systems, or comparable settings based in the United States are eligible, with all project research completed in the United States. Investigators must have sufficient pilot data to inform the proposed research and be established enough to lead the effort; early-career investigators are encouraged to collaborate with senior researchers. Proposals must include a rigorous research component, build on pilot data, address improved access to high-quality care or prevention for youth, measure implementation or service outcomes, and demonstrate potential for future scale. Applicants may not apply for both this program and a KTGF Fellowship in the same year. Up to two awards are expected.
Deadline: Applications open annually August 15 and are due November 20 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Awards are expected in April, with funding beginning July 1 after IRB approval and contracts.
