Who can apply: Full eligibility requirements will be provided in the forthcoming RFP. In general, eligible applicants include healthcare providers, community-based organizations, and social service agencies participating in a collaborative, community-based partnership with schools as the service site. The service site must be in a rural area as defined by HRSA. Services may support individuals ages 0-21 in educational settings.
Who can apply: Priority is given to requests that create pathways to opportunities, such as art education or employment, especially for people with limited access to artistic experiences; preference for projects serving under-resourced communities and/or people with disabilities and for requests that address multiple focus areas.
Who can apply: Applicants must be nonprofit, legally tax-exempt organizations located in and/or primarily serving clients in the immediate Pella area and serving a charitable purpose that enhances the quality of life in Pella. Requests for annual operating budgets, deficits, debt reduction, completed projects, or substantially duplicative initiatives are not eligible. Applications for the same project should not be submitted simultaneously for both a Board Directed Grant and an Impact Grant.
