Who can apply: Applicant must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a health-related project serving residents in Southern Indiana, specifically Floyd, Clark, Washington, Crawford, Scott, or Harrison counties. Political, religious, outside-the-health-space organizations, projects outside the target counties, and requests from individuals are not eligible.
Who can apply: Applicants must be nonprofit organizations serving Randolph County. The Foundation generally does not fund endowment campaigns, religious or sectarian purposes, individuals other than through separate scholarships, operating deficits, post-event or after-the-fact expenses, political activity, or routine tax-supported government services. Ongoing operating budget and multi-year requests are discouraged, although exceptions may be made at the Board’s discretion. Applicants must consult with the Foundation’s Executive Director and/or Community Grants & Operations Manager before submitting a proposal.

Prior recipients of other CFSI competitive grants may apply if they are in good standing and compliant with grant agreement and reporting requirements.

Who can apply: Applicant must be a 501(c)(3) organization operating in or serving Wayne County, Indiana. Priority is given to projects addressing a significant community problem or special project, using an innovative and practical approach, and demonstrating organizational qualifications and stability. Generally, an organization may only receive one grant award per year.
Who can apply: Priority is given to requests that create pathways to opportunities, such as art education or employment, especially for people with limited access to artistic experiences; preference for projects serving under-resourced communities and/or people with disabilities and for requests that address multiple focus areas.

The program will not consider applications from individuals, political activities, fundraising projects, capital campaigns, or religious organizations applying solely to further religion. National organizations are eligible only when funds benefit DeKalb County residents. Organizations with an open Voices of Philanthropy file or unfiled final report are ineligible. Repeat funding for the same program or project, matching funds, and operational support are excluded or low priority.
