National organizations must apply through a local chapter with a local board of directors and a project or program benefiting Palm Beach County residents.
Who can apply: Applicants must be a nonprofit 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) organization approved by the IRS, or a government entity, and be located in or support activities in Doddridge, Jackson, Pleasants, Ritchie, or Wood County, West Virginia. The foundation does not support one-time or annual events such as festivals.

Who can apply: Applicant must demonstrate benefit to residents of the McLean Planning District. Applicants should provide evidence of not-for-profit status (or demonstrate eligibility) and, where appropriate, community support. Preference for organizations with physical presence in McLean; other Northern Virginia organizations may be eligible if the requested funds will provide significant benefit to McLean residents.
Who can apply: Applicants must be tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charities. The proposed project or program must be located in and serve residents of Suffolk and/or Western Tidewater, including Suffolk, Franklin, Southampton County, Isle of Wight County, and municipalities therein. Individuals, government agencies, non-tax-exempt organizations, national or international purposes, debt reduction, research, event sponsorships, annual fund drives, religious programming, and projects outside the service area are generally ineligible.
Who can apply: Only nonprofit organizations with 501(c) status and school or school-related organizations are eligible. Projects must benefit communities in Pocahontas, Randolph, or Webster counties, West Virginia. Applications must be complete and legible and include the most recent audited financial statement or an explanation and the most recent Form 990, plus a list of board members, executive leadership, and other key personnel or volunteers involved in the project. Funding is not available for private benefits, retroactive costs, ongoing operational costs, conferences, forums, workshops, or loans. Final reports must be submitted before applying for another grant, and recipients must publicly recognize the Foundation's support.
