Mission
THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE RESIDENTS IN THE RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES FORMERLY OWNED BY PACIFIC HOMES AND NOW OWNED BY FRONT PORCH (A NON PROFIT CORPORATION). THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES PROGRAMS OF DIRECT ASSISTANCE TO RESIDENTS WHO EXPERIENCE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AS WELL AS RAISES AND DISTRIBUTES FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT TO IMPROVE THE RESIDENTS' QUALITY OF LIFE AND THE RENOVATION AND REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING CAPITAL ASSETS.
