COMBINES BEST PRACTICE AND INNOVATION TO PROVIDE SPECIALIZED THERAPY, TRAINING, AND RESOURCES TO SUPPORT PERMANENCY FOR CHILDREN AND PROMOTE THE HEALTHY GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF FAMILIES, BOTH LOCALLY AND NATIONALLY.
