APNM'S VISION IS TO 'MAKE HUMANE THE NEW NORMAL IN NEW MEXICO' THROUGH A VARIETY OF PROGRAMS, PROGRAM SERVICES, AND INITIATIVES THAT FOSTER HUMANE ANIMAL TREATMENT AND STRENGTHEN COMMUNITIES STATEWIDE. WE DISMANTLE HARMFUL SYSTEMS THAT CAUSE AND ALLOW CRUELTY, AND WE CREATE PRAGMATIC AND SUPPORTIVE SYSTEMS INCLUDING LAWS, SERVICES, AND PROGRAMS THAT RESULT IN SAFER COMMUNITIES FOR ALL.
