Who can apply: Applicants must be tax-exempt under IRC 501(c)(3) or a tax-exempt governmental entity. Grants are not made to re-granting entities, individuals, endowments, supporting organizations under 509(a)(3), previous recipients not in compliance, or organizations benefiting primarily officers, board members, or employees. Priority is given to organizations in or serving the Cuyuna Lakes Area and to organizations with strong nonprofit governance and inclusive practices.

Vendor quotes, itemized budgets for past two years, and approvals from Athletic Director/Principal required. Football helmet requests require vendor reconditioning report.
