For general operating support, organizations must primarily serve the East Metro; program/project support can be requested by any organization if the project serves 50% or more East Metro residents; capital support requires demonstrated ongoing or potential significant benefit to East Metro residents.

Priority is given to organizations promoting educational opportunities for under-privileged children ages 3 to 6. The foundation does not make grants to supporting organizations, private foundations, or individuals.
