The foundation does not fund religious programs, facilities or land owned by houses of worship, programs run by houses of worship absent proportional community participation, endowments, individuals, solely general operating support, private or parochial schools from unrestricted funds, or any single organization for more than three consecutive years or more than once in a 12-month period.
