Requests should directly benefit residents of the City of Marshall and surrounding townships. The Foundation does not fund political or sectarian projects, general operating expenses, endowments, debt reduction, capital campaigns, or requests over $5,000 where MCF is the only funding source.
Who can apply: IRS tax-exempt organizations, schools, and governmental agencies operating in the Foundation's service area. Projects must not be already completed or sectarian religious programs. Grants ordinarily made for one year. Applicants are encouraged to contact the Executive Director prior to applying.
