Who can apply: Must be a valid 501(c)(3) organization. Ramlose does not fund individuals, national organizations or local/regional chapters of national organizations. Typically unlikely to fund organizations with annual operating budgets over $3,000,000. Preference for smaller organizations and those requesting funds for specific projects/equipment rather than general operating support or salaries.

From Virginia Wellington Cabot Foundation C/O Gma Foundations

Who can apply: Must be a nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) status; benefit Boston and/or contiguous communities; advance one or more of the listed focus areas; not have applied within the last 12 months; current grantees must submit a report by the time of application submission.

From Community Foundation for Metrowest

Who can apply: Organizations serving youth in MetroWest; grants are made by local youth through the youth philanthropy process.

$30 Million Grant Program (Local Grant Program)

From Cummings Foundation

Who can apply: Nonprofit organizations serving communities in eastern Massachusetts. Prior Cummings grantees are automatically considered for 10-year awards after the initial 150 winners are determined. Organizations may submit only one LOI per grant cycle. See FAQs for full eligibility details.

Who can apply: Applicants must be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations serving the most vulnerable youth and families in greater MetroWest Boston. Grantees must demonstrate how they are serving this population. The Foundation funds organizations in its two program areas: Youth Development and Economic Assistance.
