Who can apply: Open to nonprofit organizations that fit the foundation's funding areas and initiative priorities. The foundation does not accept unsolicited grant proposals. Previous grantees are encouraged to contact the Executive Director before the LOI deadline to confirm fit. Approved requests must reapply each year; grants are not automatically renewed.
Who can apply: Organizations must have programs that benefit youth of Weld County (birth to 18), address unmet needs, have a well-planned approach, an established base of support, and committed leadership and staff. Priority is given to projects that improve coordination, test new approaches, promote volunteer participation, build on community strengths, and create lasting impact. The fund does not support annual campaigns, special event fundraisers or sponsorships, tickets for benefits, courtesy advertising, pre-decision activities, capital requests except certain equipment, individuals, repeat funding for the same project within one year, after-prom parties, or scholarships/tuition assistance to private educational institutions.
