Who can apply: Open to organizations and civic-minded applicants working in Fulcrum Foundation focus areas. Projects must benefit people in the service area, serve many people or an underserved/vulnerable population, be data-informed with measurable long-term impact, be one-time or finite-duration grants, involve collaboration, be led by tax-exempt organizations with strong leadership, and align with Community Health Needs Assessments. Funds may not support entertainment, alcohol, lobbying, projects outside the service area, reimbursement solely for patient care/clinical delivery, supplanting other funds, or indirect costs/routine operating expenses unless an acceptable sustainability plan is included.

Who can apply: Applicants must be nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) status and an IRS tax-exempt determination letter. Organizations must be located in and provide services in the Town of Norway. Proposals should address basic community needs, demonstrate significant and sustainable impact, have measurable objectives, include financial commitments from other funders, and describe long-term sustainability. The fund does not support lobbying or political action groups, labor unions, individuals, multi-year projects, annual fund drives, fundraising events, endowment campaigns, building funds, short-term deficits, fraternal organizations, or requests solely for travel or lodging.

Who can apply: Applicants must be 501(c)(3) charities serving Palm Beach County residents, in good standing with the IRS, current with the Florida Secretary of State, and have filed a solicitation statement with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Audited financial statements are required. Charities located outside Palm Beach County, individuals, private foundations, religious or politically affiliated organizations, debt reduction or operating deficits, capital projects, and bridge funding are not eligible. National organizations must apply through a local chapter with a local board of directors and a project or program benefiting Palm Beach County residents.
