National organizations must apply through a local chapter with a local board of directors and a project or program benefiting Palm Beach County residents.

Who can apply: Local nonprofits, public schools, government entities, scholarship applicants and other community organizations serving the Luverne/Rock County area. (Applicants must follow criteria and guidelines posted on the Foundation's grants portal.)
Who can apply: Applicants must be qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations tax-exempt under the Internal Revenue Code, federally recognized public schools, or governmental agencies. Programming must benefit people living in the Red Wing, Minnesota area. Religious and political programs, direct grants to individuals, and endowments are not eligible. Multi-year grants are considered only on a limited basis for programs in the Foundation's priority areas.

Projects and programs must be local and serve the hospital district and its communities. Exclusions include individuals, political organizations or campaigns, endowments, religious purposes, fraternal organizations, loans or debt financing, ongoing staff positions, capital campaigns, fundraising event sponsorships, and organizations with overdue or incomplete final reports.
