Who can apply: Applicant must be a qualifying nonprofit organization or eligible public entity serving residents of Cameron, Hidalgo, Starr, or Willacy counties and demonstrating positive health effects within the funding area. Organizations may submit one proposal per cycle and must not have received funding in the Responsive or Collaborative categories in the previous 12 months.
Deadline: Spring cycle: opens February 1, due April 1 by 5:00 PM. Fall cycle: opens August 1, due October 1 by 5:00 PM. Awards in August and February.
