U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations with a current strategic plan and a mission related to environmental justice, climate solutions, or sustainability; current annual operating budget between $500,000 and $3.5 million; midsized organization beyond the startup phase but still growing; active and engaged Board of Directors; internal capacity of at least 8-10 full-time staff recommended; preferred social enterprise or earned revenue model; organizations rooted in and serving Indigenous communities within the U.S. or U.S.-affiliated territories are encouraged to apply; must commit two senior staff members for the 18-month engagement.
