THE WASHINGTON COALITION FOR POLICE ACCOUNTABILITY (WCPA) ADVOCATES FOR ADOPTING AND IMPLEMENTING STATEWIDE POLICIES TO REDUCE POLICE VIOLENCE AND INCREASE POLICE ACCOUNTABILITY.
