TO SUPPORT THE RESEARCH AND SPONSORED PROGRAM ACTIVITIES OF FACULTY, STAFF, AND STUDENTS WHILE PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY ADMINISTRATIVE, FISCAL, AND SUPPORT SERVICES IN A USER-FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT MANNER. ALSO TO CREATE AND DEVELOP OPPORTUNITIES TO INCREASE SPONSORED PROGRAM ACTIVITY, PROTECT UNIVERSITY-DEVELOPED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, AND MAXIMIZE THE UTILIZATION OF RESEARCH RESULTS.
