THRIVE NEW ORLEANS' VISION IS TO CREATE AN EQUITABLE AND RESILIENT CITY WHERE INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, AND NEIGHBORHOODS CAN MOVE FROM SURVIVAL TO THRIVING, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL STABILITY. THIS INVOLVES BUILDING A SKILLED WORKFORCE, SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESSES, AND FOSTERING COMMUNITY THROUGH SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND RACIAL EQUITY INITIATIVES.
