Mission

Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center ("Renaissance") means business. For 40 years, Renaissance has used the power of entrepreneurship to help people facing systemic barriers to economic mobility achieve financial self-sufficiency through entrepreneurship. Renaissance's work changes lives by helping people take ownership of their futures. Locally focused, community-driven, and highly personalized, Renaissance has a long working history in each distinct community it serves, and a compassionate understanding of the needs, skills, challenges, and dreams each individual brings to the table. Renaissance engages motivated entrepreneurs wherever their skills and aspirations meet. Many come from communities that lack small business investment, educational resources, and entrepreneurial histories.
