NEIGHBORS LINK STAFF, ALONG WITH OVER 820 COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS , OFFER PROGRAMS IN ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE, PARENT EDUCATION , WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION, LEGAL SERVICES,CULTURAL AWARENESS TRAINING AND CRISIS AND SUPPORT SERVICES.
