TO COLLABORATE WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS PROVIDING BEST PRACTICES IN TRANSITION AND WELLNESS FOR VETERANS, MILITARY AND THEIR FAMILIES BY DELIVERING EXPERTISE, RESOURCES, SPACE AND SUSTAINABILITY. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY PROVIDING A ONE-STOP SHOP FOR A VARIETY OF SERVICES SUCH AS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELING, EMPLOYMENT AND TRANSITION SUPPORT, JOB PLACEMENT AND INTERNSHIPS, BENEFIT SUPPORT, HOUSING ASSISTANCE, FINANCIAL COACHING, AND LEGAL AND EDUCATION ASSISTANCE.
