OUR MISSION IS TO COLLABORATE WITH INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS IN OUR COMMUNITY TO OFFER THE RELIEF AND SERVICES THAT WILL LIFT PEOPLE IN NEED TOWARD SELF-SUFFIENCY. WE ENVISION A THRIVING COMMUNITY WHERE ALL PEOPLE HAVE ACCESS TO THE RESOURCES THEY NEED TO CREATE A BETTER LIFE. HACER WORKS TO PROVIDE NUTRITIOUS FOOD, SAFE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING, HEALTH EDUCATION, AND OTHER BASIC EMERGENCY AID TO UNDER-SERVED INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN PALM BEACH COUNTY.
