OUR ACTIVITIES WILL IMPROVE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF DESIGN AND USABILITY PRINCIPLES THAT CAN MAKE A CITIZENS' INTERACTIONS WITH GOVERNMENT MORE EFFECTIVE AND ENJOYABLE; AND ENSURE THAT EVERY GOVERNMENT OFFICAL HAS ACCESS TO USEFUL, RESEARCHED GUIDELINES TO USE IN COMMUNICATING WITH CITIZENS.
