BRIDGE TO HOME SCV'S PRIMARY EXEMPT FUNCTION IS TO RUN AND OPERATE A FULLY-FUNCTIONAL HOMELESS SHELTER THAT PROVIDES FOOD, CLOTHING, SHELTER AND COUNSELING TO THE "HOMELESS" IN ORDER TO HELP THEM BECOME INDEPENDENT AND FUNCTIONAL CITIZENS OF THE COMMUNITY.
