Who can apply: Programs must encourage responsible sexual behavior in young people and benefit residents of the five boroughs of New York City. Applicants should be 501(c)(3) organizations and provide required documents (proposal narrative, organizational and program budgets, board list, funding sources, audited financial statements, 501(c)(3) letter, most recent annual report).
