Who can apply: Eligible applicants must be ESOs headquartered in Virginia or with a significant Virginia operating presence, have a track record of supporting Virginia-based startups, and meet at least one of the following: successfully executed GO Virginia grants supporting science- and technology-based entrepreneurship and ecosystem development in Virginia, or actively collaborated with VIPC divisions. Applicants must demonstrate a 1:1 funding match from non-state sources.
Deadline: Rolling basis; proposals accepted throughout the year; review typically within 90 days of receipt; funding after approval within an additional 30 days.
