Who can apply: Applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. The project must involve a choreographer commissioning original music for a new work, with the foundation as sole commissioner. The foundation does not fund workshops, sound design, or non-music portions of the budget. Fiscal sponsors are generally discouraged and, if accepted, their fees must be paid by the applicant.
