Spay/Neuter Assistance (No-Cost & Co-Pay)

Who can apply: No-cost certificates: animals adopted through the four Northern Neck animal shelters or cats adopted through Wendy's Feline Friends; OR resident of Lancaster, Northumberland, Westmoreland or Richmond County who is on financial assistance (Medicaid, food assistance, or temporary assistance). Co-pay assistance: pet owners who do not qualify for no-cost but need financial assistance (details via form or thrift shop).
