Who can apply: Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) organization or registered charitable organization, serve people in Rockford, Illinois, or a nearby community, and propose a project related to Environment, Education, or Arts & Culture. Organizations must first submit an initial inquiry and may submit a full application only if invited.

Deadline: Initial inquiries may be submitted at any time. Final applications are due September 15 annually for funding requests for the following year.
