Who can apply: Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or governmental entity. Requests must serve the Foundation's service area, primarily Cleveland's Central neighborhood, and be consistent with the Foundation's mission. The request must comply with local, state and federal laws. The Foundation generally does not fund annual appeals or membership drives, capital requests, computers, debt reduction, endowments, grants to individuals, scholarships, or vehicles.

Deadline: LOIs are accepted on a rolling basis; Foundation also references quarterly submission timing.
