Who can apply: Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or governmental entity serving Cleveland's Central neighborhood. Programs and services must demonstrate a commitment to the needs of poor and underserved people in health, education or social services and align with the Foundation's mission. Requests must comply with local, state and federal laws. The Foundation generally does not fund annual appeals or membership drives, capital requests, computers, debt reduction, endowments, grants to individuals, scholarships or vehicles.

Deadline: LOIs are accepted on a rolling basis; quarterly submission timing may apply for consideration in a particular quarter.
