Philadelphia Youth Climate Action Fund (YCAF)

Who can apply: Projects must be proposed, designed, and led by at least two young people ages 15–24; sponsored by a School District of Philadelphia high school, charitable nonprofit with 501(c)(3) status, or community-based organization working with a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor; and completed by April 15, 2027. Individuals cannot apply without a sponsoring organization. Community-based projects may address flooding, while high school projects may not apply to that category.

Deadline: Applications close October 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.; awards are expected in mid-November 2026.
