Lazare & Charlotte Kaplan Foundation Community Grants

Who can apply: Eligible applicants are charitable organizations and community programs or projects serving Livingston Manor first, and the Town of Rockland if funds remain. Projects must fit the foundation's mission and priorities, demonstrate effectiveness, be feasible for the applicant to implement, and serve a meaningful number of people. Priority may be given to new applicants. Projects should be supplemental and not within the responsibilities of schools or government agencies; assistance should be vital to the activity or individual concerned.

Deadline: Applications must be received by October 18 annually; awards are announced in December.
