Hellenic Foundation Annual Grant Program
Who can apply: Applicants must be non-profit organizations recognized by the IRS as 501(c)(3) tax-exempt. Programs and projects must benefit the Greek American and Orthodox Christian communities in the Chicagoland area. The foundation does not make direct grants or scholarships to individuals, does not fund pass-through requests, capital improvements, debt service, political expenditures, lobbying, emergency discretionary funding, or annual contribution drives. Scholarship programs may be supported up to 30% of the scholarship program, and recipients of Hellenic Foundation funded scholarships must demonstrate financial need and reside in the Chicagoland area.
Deadline: School grant applications due by May 1 for early determination; all grant applications due by July 1.
