Who can apply: Organization must be exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Organizations should be located in New Jersey; on rare occasions requests from New York or Pennsylvania will be considered if the program benefits children in New Jersey. Proposal must include organizational details, executive summary, project documentation (architect drawings/estimates if construction), IRS determination letter, audited financial statement, certification regarding terrorist financing, and other funding sources.
Deadline: Board meets typically 3–4 times per year; proposals should be received at least three weeks prior to a meeting. No fixed public deadlines listed.
