Who can apply: Applicants must be U.S.-based; must have published at least one title or issue within the past 18 months; applicants must have a consultant confirmed before applying; applicants located in New York State that received NYSCA funding for 2026 were ineligible for the 2025/2026 cycle. Awarded amounts are paid directly to consultants. Grantees must complete consultancy and submit a final report by program deadlines.
