Baylor Scott & White Community Impact Fund – FY27 Request for Proposals
Who can apply: Applicants must be tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations or public entities such as municipalities, health departments, universities or schools. Unincorporated organizations must partner with a 501(c)(3) fiscal agent. Programs must serve at least one eligible North or Central Texas county and address maternal and child health, access to care, or education and workforce development. Capital requests may not exceed 10% of total funding requested; indirect costs are limited to 15%. Applicants must disclose actual, potential or apparent conflicts of interest involving Baylor Scott & White personnel or decision-makers.
Deadline: Proposals are accepted July 1–31, 2026, and February 1–28, 2027. The next listed window is February 1–28, 2027.
