Who can apply: Neighbors, informal neighbor groups (e.g. block clubs), neighborhood associations, and nonprofit organizations with an annual budget of $100,000 or less. A fiduciary is required for groups without 501(c)(3) status. Existing programs may apply if the funds support new/current-year efforts in eligible neighborhoods.
