Who can apply: Projects must serve populations residing in the State of Wisconsin. Applicants must demonstrate administrative and financial capacity to manage reimbursement-based grant contracts. MCW interprets eligibility to align with program objectives and ARPA requirements; MCW eligibility determinations are final.
Deadline: Application due April 9, 2025 at 11:59pm CST. After April 9, additional applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis if funds remain available. RFA officially closes May 30, 2025 at 11:59pm CST. Awards expected to be available beginning 05/15/2025; funds must be spent by 03/31/2026; all expenses invoiced by 06/30/2026.
