Who can apply: Open to local nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests must be submitted in writing on official letterhead with proof of nonprofit status at least 60 days before the event. One request per season (September through May).
Deadline: Requests must be submitted at least 60 days before the event; processed once a month for the following month.
